Q1. Please tell me how I can purchase one of your products I saw in a magazine.
A1. We currently develop several brands and appear in numerous media.
Please contact us and inform us of approximately when and in what magazine or media you saw the product you are interested in as well as what the product looked like and we will inform you of stores that carry it or how you can purchase it via mail order.
Q2. Do you repair your products?
A2. We will repair our products to the highest extent possible.
Please bring the product you would like repaired to the store where you purchased it or send it to us directly.
We will examine the product and contact you with an estimate. After consenting to the estimate, we will begin repairing your product.
*There will be no charge, including shipping, if you do not consent to the estimate
Q3. Do you have product catalogs?
A3. As we do not sell directly to customers, we do not make catalogs for customers. If there is a particular product you would like to see, please contact us and we will put you in touch with a store that carries that item. We can also put you in touch with the nearest store that carries a large selection of our products.

Q4. Do you offer products made to order?
A4. Unfortunately, we do not offer products made to order or tailored clothing.
If you represent a company interested in commemorative items, novelties, or original products, please contact us.

Q5. Please tell me where I can find a store that carries all of your products.
A5. Unfortunately, there are currently no stores that carry all of our products.
Please contact us and inform us of the approximate area where you live or work as well as any products you are particularly interested in and we will put you in touch with the nearest store carrying a large selection of our products.
Q6. Can I view your products if I visit your company?
A6. As we do not sell directly to customers, we do not display or sell products to visitors.
We will be happy to put you in touch with a store near you where our products are on display. We apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that you view our products there.
You can also find the locations of stores carrying products from each of the brands we develop at that brand's website.
